Miscarriage or blood clot

I've just today been in a bit of pain.
Tonight over the last 2 hours the pain got unexplainable painful.
I've had blood clots before but nothing that has ever looked like this. Is it a blood clot or am I miss carrying. I'm not due on my period yet as I'm on the pill and have a 21 days on and 7 off.....
Someone help please

What is a deciding cast?

A decidual cast is when you pass your entire uterus lining in one go- it’s quite rare but is linked to the pill, it looks like a fleshy mound I think you should call your gp tomorrow

I mc an intact foetus at 8 weeks pregnant. Looked nothing like that.. Decidual cast imo op..

I would call your GP and show them that photo, I think that needs to be checked out.

Is this a miscarriage or blood clot?? I have Never experienced this before, only had strong cramps but then I felt fine.

I had the same thing today but I did have a lot of bleeding prior. I’m 7 weeks. I feel completely fine like if nothing ever happened
