Movement pattern

This is probably a really stupid question, but I'm just getting so confused about movements and patterns and it is causing so much worry for me.
I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I'd say my baby is on the whole an active baby. I feel her regularly throughout the day, though this doesn't follow a specific pattern. Sometimes I feel her a lot in the morning and she's quiet in the afternoon, other days it's the opposite. The only thing that is consistent is she's a little party animal after 9pm.
So would this be considered a pattern? Is night time activeness and spurts of daytime activity a pattern?
Whenever I ask midwives I'm told I'll learn what her pattern is, but in all honesty it's just confusing me and creating anxiety when she seems quieter sometimes.

So can a pattern be that a baby is active at night and has no pattern in the day? Or does this just mean she has no pattern? Thank you 💙

Yes definitely! I remember feeling exactly the same and having the same sort of pattern with both of mine. I also remember being frustrated when Midwives told me that. I think in the day it is harder to tune in to the movements. I went to the hospital for reduced movements quite a lot both times (all was fine) but it was usually if I didn't feel much in the morning or in the evening because I knew I'd usually feel them then X

@GoodnightRain thank you for your help! I've also been in with what I thought were reduced movements several times, and as soon as I'm on the machine she wakes up! I've come to the conclusion she's just a little attention seeker! Xx

@Bubbles021 no worries at all. Aww I can relate to that so much - I had girls - I wonder if it's related 🤣. I used to get worried about calling and visiting hospital so much about movements but it's always worth doing for reassurance. The midwives were always very understanding Xx
