Am I having a miscarriage?

I did a pregnancy test just over a week ago as my nipples were pretty sore and I missed a period. Test was positive, said I was 2-3 weeks pregnant. Apart from feeling bloated, slower bowel movements and some wind, my nipples are no longer sore and I’m having an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach with period like cramps.

Symptoms come and go and the cramping is totally normal! It’s everything stretching out. Unless you see blood then try not to worry (I know easier said than done)
