Cramping and bleeding

Hi,

After some advice really. Pregnant around 6 weeks I believe. Yesterday when I wiped I noticed a tiny bit of blood, last night I had some cramping which has continued today too.
I'm bleeding a little today, not much but wee is red when I go to the toilet. No clots but as I say medium main cramping.

I'm due to go on holiday tomorrow with my dd (uk but only us 2)

I really don't know what to do? If I go to the hospital will they do anything? Do I just have to wait it out and see what happens?

I'm worried been away with my daughter and potentially miscarrying

Hi OP hope you’re ok , I had some bleeding at 5 weeks during my pregnancy last year and I went to the Early Pregnancy Unit at my local hospital where they arranged a scan. In order to get see by them I had to go to a&e first. You may want to call your lock hospital wherever you are holidaying as they will still see you. Really wishing you the best of luck

Thank you for your response. I realised afterwards there was a specialist miscarriage section. Unfortunately I believe the miscarriage is now complete.
