Hi am 27 weeks pregnant and my baby had been moving less and softer the last couple of day and gradually getting softer should I be worried ? I can still feel her move but it just not as strong or often as per x

Call triage if you are worried - always better to get checked out! Hopefully is just because baby has changed positions which I have had a couple of times but midwives always say they would rather you come in

Hi OP, I would make contact with your maternity unit and let them know you’ve had reduced movements - they will get you in and check you out.

Definitely call someone as you've noticed changes. It's best to get checked out just in case.

What could be the cause and I went up last time this happened and also as they see the heart beat they don't do anything else am just a bit worried, what it could be ? The hospital staff were dead nippy last time when nothing was wrong I feel like am wasting there time

Babies also have quiet days, just like we do! Or they move into a position where kicks are not felt as strongly, for example they kick more against the placenta. If you have an anterior placenta then you'll often feel even less.

They have no right to be snippy with you. The health of your baby is the most important thing. Call and get checked. If you’ve posted here then you are concerned.
