Warm patch on leg at 26 weeks

I've got a varicose vein (lovely side effect of pregnancy haha) which has started feeling warm to touch. Just curious if this is normal as Dr Google is only throwing up dvt results and I don't think it's warm enough for that but it might be? Second time round you'd think I'd be more informed about all this!

You need to see a doctor. There is no way we can tell if you're ill or not. Please talk to your doctor just incase this is serious.

Oh I'll definitely call but I've got to get my little one soon so going to have to be after that. It was more a "do varicose veins get warm" question that I phrased badly haha.
