Pressure at 22 weeks

Lastnight and today I've had a lot of pressure in my vagina it is very uncomfy, paracetamol isn't really helping, has anyone experienced this before and has any advice ?

@thunderonly thank you for this. I actually phoned triage just for advice basically and she said that she thinks it's normal? So I'm hoping that it is, still there today aswell which is annoying x
