Is this part of mucus plug? TMI PIC INCLUDED

I'm 38 weeks and last few days I've been having tiny bits of discharge , and I've just had this

With my 1st it was a big clump, but not sure if this is mucus plug? I know it can come away way before labour , although with my 1st it came away the day I went into labour

It certainly looks like part of it. Mine came away in bits for a few weeks before labour.

Ooh interesting. I’m 38 weeks and getting discharge similar (but less). I thought it had to be pink/bloody so this is good to know!

@Vimto1991 I've been having bits the last few days but was less, I assumed just normal discharge but now not sure ! If you google mucus plug there is lots or pictures where is can be quite a minimal about which I was surprised about!

With my 1st it was like a slug it was huge ! But I don't remember there being blood in it I don't think

Have you got any other labour symptoms?

@Clover2015x I’m occasionally getting light period pains but that’s about it so far. 😫😫 just a long waiting game until induction day.
