How do I know everything is ok?

I'm 14+6 with first baby and really starting to stress myself out. My symptoms which were pretty awful up until last week have all but eased off, I feel no movement whatsoever, I have no visible bump and nothing that I can convincing tell myself I can feel when I push down on lower tummy/pelvis, my boobs haven't changed at all. I don't feel pregnant. I'm really starting to worry things aren't as they should be.
I don't have my 16 week appointment until 13th June and I can't book in for a private scan until 8th June (fully booked).
Is there something else I can do to try and get some re-assurance that all is still happening as it should be? I know deep down I'm probably worrying over nothing but I feel like I'm in limbo.

It's way too early for a bump or movement, boobs often never change at all. Unfortunately in those few weeks between 12 week scan and movement or bump starting it's just painfully slow waiting and assuming everything is fine.

Just reread (dc distracting me your post is very clear) and it's only two weeks until your next appt, that's not too long, just have to get through it til then. It pretty much is just limbo and optimism.

There's not a lot you can do, symptoms or lack of are no indication everything is ok, but if you've had a straightforward 12 week scan then the chances of miscarriage etc drops considerably. If it's your first child you probably won't get a noticeable bump til around 20 weeks or even later.

There is nothing you can do, it’s unsettling isn’t it!

Something that may be useful is to read up on miscarriage stats. Thankfully by this stage, the chance of miscarrying is very very low and gets lower by the day. Hopefully that should reassure you somewhat!

Everything is a waiting game and being in limbo.
There's no reassurance that worked for me. The odds are in your favour at this point.

I could have written this post. I actually came on here today wondering whether anyone was feeling the same and... here you are! I am also 14 weeks and have never felt less pregnant. I also had an MMC with my first so the anxiety is real.

I think I'm a bit disappointed because I was really gunning for the 12 week scan and thought that once I'd had that I wouldn't worry any more but here I am, worrying. I also know that I'm just going to wish away each milestone trying to get to the next and I should just enjoy it but that's so much easier said than done.

No advice but with you in solidarity!

Thank you everyone, I have managed to bring my anxiety down now and just trying to learn to be more patient. I’m sure in a few weeks I’ll be looking back thinking how silly was I and wishing I felt like I do now physically.
@Norberta its such a weird time isn’t it. I did get a lot of relief following my 12 week scan and good outcome from NIPT so I think it’s just that gap of having nothing to go on before the next appointment. Nice in a weird way to know we’re both perfectly normal and not on our own 😊
