What counts as a ‘good’ progesterone level in early pregnancy?

I am 5+2 and got a Superdrug blood test which says I have 42nmol/L progesterone. Tested due to short luteal phase, 2 MC and cyclical itchiness.

The sources I see online vary wildly but I’ve read some women be told it should be 40/50+

I can’t really afford to go private but would it be worth just doing it and getting some progesterone pessaries? Thanks! 😚

I am not sure but I got mine tested for the same reason and it was 60. I ended up spotting at 6 weeks and got progesterone suppositories from my gp due to previous miscarriages so might be worth speaking to GP about it.

Thank you so much, that’s very helpful. Did anyone tell you that 60 was high or low?

@CocoCactus the clinic told me it was of no concern and was an expected level for that time in pregnancy (which would have been around 5 weeks ish) and everything I read online said about 40 which yours is!
