Hi, I worked for an agency when I found out I was pregnant. As I haven't done any work for them for the last 3 months due to having hyperemesis gravidarum they have sent me my P45.
I now need to go back to work even if it's just for 1 day a week. Doing nothing is now driving me insane.
I had a interview on Friday and mentioned in the interview that I am pregnant. Straight away I was told the job wouldn't be suitable for me as there is some heavy lifting involved.
I have another interview on Wednesday this job is cleaning cottages. I am not going to mention my pregnancy this time and hopefully they won't notice as I have quite a big bump already.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What was the outcome? Did you tell them about your pregnancy at the interview?
