Cramping at 6 weeks but not a symptom before- normal?

Anxious anyway as had a mmc previously.

Had no symptoms until light cramp feelings yesterday which carried on into the night and woke me a couple of times.
Not crippling pain but I'd say moderate pms type cramps.

Anyone anything similar?

I'm terrified it's another mc and I know professionals won't do anything this early so looking for reassurance.

I have had cramps with my first born (now 3) and with this pregnancy, now coming up to 20 weeks. It really scared me at the time, but apparently it’s quite normal and lots of people on here have experienced it too.

Hey there, 6 week with ivf pregnancy here too, and I didn't have any symptoms apart from cramps and some pains.
