My partners mother is mixed race - her fathers black.
My partner is blonde, blue eyes, pale, all his siblings are the same, minus 3 brothers having dark features - eyes, hair etc but pale skin. So weird!! But their dad is white so does sort of make sense.
my partners brothers all have children who also are white - some with the same dark features but still pale skin.
im intrigued how genetics work? Could my child turn out dark skinned? I’m not bothered by this but am worried people won’t think our child is ours because we’re both white. From my partner and his siblings onwards none of them have black features. Is there a chance my partners mum isn’t their mum? None of them have any thing to do with her, she’s never cared.

If your partner has blue eyes and blonde hair then he doesn't carry the usual gene for darker features. Genetics are complicated though and there are no guarantees.

It depends on your own genetics too, of course.

Regardless, I'm sure people won't doubt the child is yours, and even if they do, so what?

It can easily skip one generation. My children look nothing like my DH or I, but look like our parents skin, eye, hair wise!
