Recurrent UTIs in pregnancy

I have kidney issues (so recurrent utis) I have always suffered even before pregnancy!
I will be 4 month in 2 days time and this is my first baby , I have had a few antibiotics so far Nitrofurantoin , amoxicillin and now cefalexin 3 times a day 500mg I am worried that taking all these antibiotics Will harm my baby

Hi Chantelle if you scroll down the threads, there were several threads on this topic a few days ago with lots.of info and people's own experiences 😊
