Hello all,

So I'm around 7 weeks pregnant and it's taken it's toll on me..
I have a 2 year old toddler, I'm a student nurse and also a HCA part time!
I'm just absolutely knackered! if I'm home during the afternoon I'll go for a nap at any chance I get, I'm in my bed for 9pm most nights but falling asleep on the couch from about 8pm when my we girl goes to bed,
I actually have no energy to do housework I'm so tired!
the morning sickness has also started... I had very bad diarrhoea but now it's turned to constipation and causing stomach pains
any tips for the exhaustion? my partner helps a lot when he comes home from work to make it easier for me he's really helpful, I'm working Sunday he's off and he has plans to get all housework and washing done so at least that's something off my shoulders

My only tip would be to take some sick leave from your course and job if it's getting too much on top of you. The tiredness is the worst in the first trimester, so will only last another month or so.
