Food while in Spain

Currently in Spain on holiday. Just making sure it's okay to eat the bacon ? I eat it at home and it's always well done so have been making sure I have it well done here but just occurred to me if it's alright to be eating ?
Also been drinking orange juice. Just out the machine at breakfast so I'm presuming this stuff would be pasteurised ?
Thanks

If the bacon is cooked you're fine. Orange juice is not a risk. You do sound very anxious, early pregnancy is a tough time but it might be wise to speak to someone as it sounds like you may be struggling with anxiety. Hope you enjoy your holiday.

Would you eat an orange at home? Fruit is not pasteurised but fine to eat so why would fresh orange juice be a problem?

The bacon thing doesn't make sense either 😅

Please just follow the NHS list of what to eat/what not to eat.

Awaiting my referral to perinatal mental health at the moment so it's all in hand. But for now just wanted some reassurance, I saw something in an article from an expat living in Spain and she listed juice and to make sure it's all pasteurised

We've all been there worrying about things like this, it really helps just to refer to the NHS guidance is PP says. Don't go searching online to feed the anxiety monster xx

Yep, all fine
