Essential oils early pregnancy

Can someone settle my nerves im about 7 weeks pregnant and am a reiki therapist so have been going about my life using my essential oils as normal only to now find out essential oils are a no no during the first 3 months of pregnancy.. anyone else oblivious to this rule and all was fine with baby? 😭

Hi, Cardamom and Ginger oils can help with morning sickness and nausea.
