6 weeks with baby no 4 and look 6 months

Hello iv known Iv been pregnant for about 1 week now, but my belly has just popped out is it just my body saying well iv been here before. I'm just soo bloated🤔does this go away ors it here till baby starts growing.

Even if it is twins, they're so small still that the belly will just be bloating. Sympathies either way OP, it is uncomfortable!
