Sorry if tmi but I have the opposite of constipation - mostly it’s runny! I’ve read that’s quite unusual in pregnancy, although for me before pregnancy I was always on the runny side.

I am getting so worried about things I am doing wrong and what I could be breathing in etc.

Hormones in early pregnancy will affect different people differently, so unless the diarrhoea is causing dehydration or whatnot then it's not a problem.

Just follow NHS guidance on things like what not to eat or do, take your prenatal vitamins, get some exercise and get enough sleep. You can't do much more!
