5 weeks and 4 days pregnant, a good scan a few days ago, but now a tiny bit of spotting, teeny tiny shoulder pain occasionally

i heard that shoulder pain is a BAD SIGN! It’s only momentary flickers on but now with a tiny bit of sporting dark brown for the first time this morning. I had a scan a few days ago and everything seemed fine, now the spotting.... I’ve got little back aches and and pain in my torso none is serious at the moment. Sometimes a weird feeling runs up my shoulder into either my left or right hand making it feel numb momentarily. Should I worry?

You had a scan a few days ago, and they confirmed that the sac is in the uterus, not in a tube, right?

Therefore not ectopic (unless a second extra-uterine sac was missed, but highly unlikely).

Could be nothing, could be the start of an early loss. Maybe call the scanning place and ask a clinician there? Was it the EPU?

@Regenbogen22 ThankS for your response. I hope they missed nothing. The pregnancy they saw was where it was supposed to be. I had hoped everything was going to go smoothly. I hope it’s just a nothing more than this ....
