clear nipple discharge

I’ve been noticing my top has a wet patch, it’s always my right nipple. I’m leaking a clear liquid, it started off a small amount but it’s now quite a lot. I’m 20 weeks pregnant, I’m panicking and worrying it might not be normal. It just happens out of nowhere. any advice?

It's normal, don't worry.

It's colostrum. I panicked too but my midwife said it was totally normal, a good sign even
