When did your period return after miscarriage?

I had ERPC on 7th APRIL as fetal never showed up at 11 weeks. Yesterday my HCG was 1.2 but still waiting for first period. Does your HCG have to drop to zero before period returns? I am so fed up waiting so we can start IVF treatment.

@tiantian1005 my period came back since weeks after miscarriage. I didn't have a d and c, just medically managed. Sorry for your loss; I understand the hate of waiting.

Sorry for your loss, My period returned 6 weeks after but mine was a miscarriage with no intervention x
