Will this harm my baby?

I'm not feeling too good, it's not covid, I have tested. I have a really sore throat and a cough and I'm wondering if this can pass through the placenta and harm the baby? I know this is probably a ridiculous question so I apologise if it is, I'm just anxious already as I haven't felt movement, I have an anterior placenta so I know this is why but not having the reassurance of feeling kicks etc is worrying me that this will harm them x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi, I have two beautiful children and with both my pregnancies I had terrible colds throughout the pregnancy as my immune system is very low during pregnancy.

With my last pregnancy I even had Covid.

All will be well, don't worry. Xxx

@worriedparent12 thank you so much for this reassurance, this has settled my mind a bit now. Every morning I wake up and my throat and chest kinda feel tight and I'm coughing I'm like god please let this baby be okay xxx

I had covid at 17 weeks and the midwife assured me that they are very well protected in there.
