Endometriosis and one tube success stories pls!!

I have endometriosis and one Fallopian tube - lost the other due to endometriosis!

Pls can anyone give me success stories for natural pregnancy!! Panicking that I'm going to struggle!

Haven’t got any experience with endometriosis but my sister had an ectopic and had to have a tube removed. She conceived again and her baby was born one year to the day that she had the surgery.
