Upset stomach 1st trimester

Hi everyone,

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and I've had an upset stomach since I found out. Is this a common symptom thanks

Depends what exactly you mean by "upset stomach" and how long it is since you found out i.e. how long it's been going on for! 😉

vomiting is v common, especially in morning.

diarrohoea is less common, the only time I had that during pregnancy was because it was a side effect of the huge pregnancy vitamins I was taking 🤦‍♀️ If you have diarrhoea and can’t find a cause ask GP for advice

Constipation is a known symptom of pregnancy

Hi, with my first baby I was sick constantly the whole first trimester, second baby (now a cuddly 3 month old!) I didn't have any sickness but I did have loose bowels quite often in the first trimester, but appeared to sort itself out by second trimester 🙂 babies were different genders so not sure if it was a hormone thing or not, but I def had the same issue

Ive had lose bowels in early pregnancy with all 3 of my pregnancies. Sadly that turned into constipation with the first 2, so im expecting it this time as well

I had to run to the toilet 7 times on Christmas Day with loose stools, no other symptoms of any illness and no one caught anything off me. Tested faintly positive on Boxing Day! Only lasted that one day though
