Hi all, I'm currently 27 weeks and for the past 6 weeks I have had at least 1 or 2 nose bleeds a week. They are usually in the morning. Is this normal?? I've been having headaches too but I have just put this down to hormones? Thanks

Hi
im currently 21 weeks pregnant and been having horrible and painful constant headaches that last all day for nearly 2 weeks now. I also having nose bleeds every day but only little tiny spots so I feel your pain. I was prescribed codine and told to take paracetamol with them too. Hoping it eases for you

The nosebleeds are normal, I get tiny amounts every morning when blowing my nose.
Headaches should be flagged to your midwife as it's one of the symptoms of high blood pressure, which needs to be monitored and controlled.

I was admitted to mau has my headaches were so bad and unbearable yesterday, along with lasting over a week. I had my blood pressure checked, that was fine, urine sample was fine. I was then told it’s normal in pregnancy and to take 1 codine and 1 paracetamol for 5 days and if no different then to go back to mau and they will refer me to neurology. Hoping the headaches disappear completely soon
