+ve preg test, meant to be 6weeks preg but bleeding on off and just told blood test level is 417 is this good or bad???

the nurse wouldnt tell me anything

had internal scan today but they said they can only see thickening but I am preg following a test they did but they cant see anything atall

but they say i could be very early preg so this would explain it (if I ovulated late inmy cycle so im not really 6 weeks)

they are monitoring me

but my levels are 417 today this is the first levels I have been told

what i want to know desp is is this a good level for 6 weeks?

does anyone know anything I would be sooooooooooo grateful thank you xx

i know. looking back over my old threads it was fairly obvious, but i didnt want to believe it. shall see if i can find them...

With my first miscarriage they were worried about ectopic (it wasn't in the end) so scanned ovaries and tubes very carefully -- they said then that some fairly high percentage of ectopics you just don't see anything anywhere on the scan so if there is any cause for concern they are never happy to rule out an ectopic until they either see the embryo developing where it ought to be or you definitely miscarry.

So they definitely should still be thinking in terms of possible ectopic, even if also being cautiously optimistic that it's a viable pregnancy.

Hi just waiting for more bloods results they could phone anytime....

Wasnt there long this am explained I had bled a wee bit last night again

the said they would take my bloods which the did and that they would phone with results and if they had doubled from the 791 on sunday they would call me back and scan me tomorrow (wed am)....

so just waiting

By my dates i was told i was 7 weeks, i had some blood loss and a scan showed that there was a sac but no heartbeat,

i was so sad

I went back 2 weeks later and there was a healthy baby,,

i had only been 4 weeks at the scan - i mustve ovulated really late!

So try not to worry to much, you just might not be the 6 weeks you think you are!

My DS is now 3!

sorry i was 5 weeks not 4!

the hosp have just rang and since sun , over the 2 day span, my levels have more than doubled they were 1603 (blood tests today)

I was so relieved to hear from the lady at EPU / get the results

I have to go in tomorrow am and have a scan to see what is showing in my womb now

am soooooooooo relieved the numbers didnt drop!!!

That's a promising sign. Everything crossed for tomorrow's scan.
