Am I loosing the plot or is the first test positive?

I took a Asda pregnancy test this morning when I went for my first wee of the day (sorry I know, tmi) and I saw what I thought was a faint line. I then got all excited and pulled out my clear blue how many weeks test that I’ve kept aside for this moment and it’s come back negative. I then run to a supermarket for different test, take them and they are all negative.
Am I delusional and the first test is like an evaporation line or is it so early that only the test taken when I did my first wee only going to be able to pick it up? I know I should wait a couple of days and re test but the suspense is killing me!

The first one does look like a faint positive to me.

Did the 2nd line come up quite quickly? Not an evap line is it?

Looks positive to me 😀. If you can bear to wait , test again in a couple of days. Did you test very early?

I think it has to be early morning urine for the concentration when it's so early

i think it actually came up earlier than the control line but if it didn’t, it did come up almost instantly( I can’t remember I was so excited) it’s stuck around though if that’s any help

Yeah I think I did but my periods are so irregular that I spend most the time guessing when I’m due my period😂 I hope so too, I guess I have no choice to live in suspense for a couple of days☹️

That’s what I’m hoping, I’ll stick to the morning for the next couple of days, see what happens and keep you all posted

From memory, digitals need a higher concentration to show positive than the line tests. That first one does look + though - I’d be cautiously optimistic and try again on Sunday if you can bear to wait!

I'd say the first one is a positive and the others just haven't picked it up yet due to the concentration. Keep us posted!

Wee into a cup then use the tests, then you can do as many as you want from the same wee

CB tests digitals are less sensitive than most supermarket own brands so would explain why you didn't pick it up - I tested positive on a FRER and negative on a CB, my 5 year old is currently in school! The first test definitely looks like a faint positive, and if you've taken three tests in quick succession there is every chance your urine is just not concentrated enough to pick up the required HCG.

If you can, I'd order some FRER tests (or other pink dye tests), wait until the end of the weekend.

Thank you guys and yes got some FRER coming next day on Amazon so I’ll just anxiously wait and keep my fingers crossed. Just don’t want to get my hopes up but at the same time hopefully I have every reason to.

Unfortunately I took a FRER just now and it was negative so must of been a false alarm on Friday😕😕
