I've had a doppler and liquor scan today following multiple issues through pregnancy including slow growth as well. Today there was only 1 pocket of fluid which was only 2cm in size last week at growth scan it was similar but the pocket was 3cm which they said was low but just within range.
I'm now on daily monitoring and then a growth scan on Friday and he said if at that scan my fluid is still around 2cm or less then they will induce me. 😳 feel a little but in shock. I knew the pregnancy wasn't going well but I thought I would make it to at least 37 weeks.
Has anyone else been in similar situation who can offer advice?

I had this with my twin pregnancy, my lower twin had no fluid at all discovered at a routine 34 week scan, I suspected it as I could feel very pronounced movements from her. I was given steroids to develop their lungs and they were born (healthy) via c section the next day.

And was all OK? Twins I guess would weigh less than a single?
Sorry you had it too. There was a point today I thought I wasn't going home so I'm glad I get to stay pregnant a few more days yet.

Yes all was fine, the steroids ensured they could breath without cpap or a ventilator. The twin without amniotic fluid needed antibiotics in NICU, as did I. They were a healthy 5lb4 and 5lb8 so great weights for their gestation.

Try not worry too much, the last few weeks are purely for weight gain so being born now won’t effect your little one too much. Good luck!

I had this at 37 weeks. They monitored me daily for 4 days then decided to induce me. My son was born healthy and gorgeous at 7lb 8oz. Hope all goes well for you and little one.
