I am 20 weeks pg with DC2 and although I can feel something going on in there, I haven't really felt any definate kicking movements for the last few days. It feels like a load of bubbles are popping in my tummy but that's it. Do you think it is anything to worry about?

I didn't feel DD until about 21 weeks so know this may still be early but until recently, this one has been moving and kicking quite robustly.

Thanks in advance

I am 26 weeks and for a while it came and went - yesterday didn't feel much so went and got checked this morning. They were very cool - no one thought I was being daft and they advise you if there's been any change to do that. Mine was fine, sure yours will be too x

Try manipulating your belly and squidging it about!Try a really cold drink and something sweet. The thing is, early on, the movements are not so regular, pronounced as further on. I think the bubbles sensations in prob movements

My baby has wriggled none stop from early on, but for a few days a couple of weeks ago he didn't move and I got worried. Then he must have woke up and hasn't stopped moving day or night since which is lovely. To make him move more, I have a couple of swigs of cola or lucozade, or orange fanta, maybe some juice and he wriggles for ages. If I press my tummy, he kicks back so it might be worth trying that, and if I lay flat on my back he kicks quite a bit. If it's worrying you, you might aswell pop in on the midwife and get her to use the doppler. When we booked our appointment to do that, we had to cancel because the little fella decided that it was time to get a wriggle on!!!

Just called the clinic but apparently there isn't a midwife available until this afternoon. I am going to view a school with DD in an hour or so and the clinic is not far from the school so might pop in and just see if they can check everything is ok. Thanks for the replies

Ooo I was stressing about this - I'm 19 weeks with DC2 and felt like weird popping sensations only yesterday for the first time. Then I remembered I felt nothing with DD1 until at least 22 weeks...but can't help getting paranoid when people keep taking about their bump kicking non-stop from about 14 weeks! I'm sure it'll be fine for you
