Sharp pain down below

Im am 6 weeks pregnant today. Not had my first appointment yet. I got up this morning had breakfast ate it in bed. Soon as I finish eating i went to move. Suddenly i had this really sharp pain down there. Like where my lady parts are! Went really light headed and then i had diarrhea. My bits now feel like inhave been punched and all aches. I keep going to check if im bleeding. If its a miscarriage will i be bleeding stright after the pain. Or am I worrying to much for nothing....

So do you mean pain in the vulva/labia area, in the vagina, or in the uterus/ovary area? Pain in the uterus is usually due to stretching in early pregnancy. One sided pain could be an issue with an ovary or fallopian tube (slightly more worrying). No idea about vaginal (or lower) pain.

Hard to know what you mean by "my bits" aching. Cramping? If so, where?

Sharp pain felt like was inside me my vagina and my bottom area too. But the pain was enough to make me freeze in pain. Went to move again and it happened again...Sorry im not familiar with the actual terms but i feel like i have been punch on the outside of my vagina. Achey feeling..

There's a term "lightening crotch" but I've never had anything that I could describe as that, and therefore have no idea what it is 😅 Maybe google that and see if it's similar?
