So I never really drank coco cola but the last few weeks I've had a real hankering for it. Probably have a can/bottle most days. Well today only realised 330ml has 35grams of sugar in it !! Absolutey outrageous ! Now I'm worrying myself that the baby is having way too much sugar as I'm a bit partial to sweets aswell, only a handful usually of an evening but still! I'm already at risk for gestational diabetes due to having pcos.
How much Sugar is too much in pregnancy ?
