Is it possible to get a wireless bra that separates?

I’m 16+4 and my breasts HURT!

I’m normally a 32E but they just keep getting bigger. I’ve stopped wearing underwired bras as the wires started to dig in painfully at about 6 weeks. But all the non-wired bras I’ve tried just kind of smush everything together in the middle. They’re rubbing together down my cleavage and I now have a sore, itchy rash. I’m washing there very carefully, drying thoroughly, applying moisturiser then patting any excess dry with a towel, and wearing a liner in my bra which I have to scrunch in between my breasts and keep adjusting throughout the day. None of it is helping. I have some relief from the chafing if I don’t wear a bra at all but then it hurts when I move! Over the bank holiday I didn’t wear one (and didn’t do much activity!) and it started to get better, but three days of bra-wearing and my skin is red raw again!

Is it possible to find a bra which supports and separates for larger sizes without digging wires into your ribs?

Please help!

I think the best ones to separate at the wireless sports bras. I have 2 from bravissimo which do the job.

Also apply anti perspirant to the sweaty areas, that will help

I had a lovely (no really) nursing bra from hot milk that unbelivably was not wired but gave me two separate breasts.

I was a 30E and went up to a J at one point - I have every sympathy!

Check your size, you need a measuring tape and use the Boob or bust guide.

Then buy a Sugar Candy bra, they are expensive but worth every penny! Only decent non-wired bra I managed to find (after two pregnancies and breastfed both babies). They sell them in bravissimo if you want to try in the shop, otherwise you can find them cheaper online. I usually buy one bra in bravissimo and then if I want more in the same style, different colour I get them online.

I also have big boobs which have got bigger in pregnancy (25w now) - I have the same issue you do with non wired bras so instead I have been getting measured regularly and making sure I have a correctly sized bra (for those couple of weeks ha!). I've found one with side support in the cups to be best!

Try TU maternity/nursing bras. They’re wireless but full cup. I am however small of boob, so don’t know how they’d behave with the real deal.
