Braxton hicks or baby?

For the past 3 weeks (at least once or twice a day)I am feeling a hard pushing sensitisation coming from inside. It feels like baby's bum or head. It only lasts for about a minute and then goes!

It doesn't hurt at all just a lot of pressure. Is this BH or just baby?

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant so these would have started around 27/28 weeks.

I should add I do have a very active baby don't know if it's baby or anything else.

Obviously no one can be sure but mine all did lots of stretching/turning. BH felt more like a sudden hardening of all my stomach muscles and labour was that plus pain and it hurts.

Thanks @5zeds I don't think it's BH from what you have described. No pain just a very hard sensation on one section of my stomach! Almost as if trying to escape!

That sounds like baby movement. Braxton hicks is a hardening of the whole bump, and I often find that when it happens I feel slightly short of breath. It lasts for 15 seconds or so then relaxes.
