Anyone else scared to test?

Anyone else so scared to test in case you will see a BFN? I have been trying to conceive for a over a year with no joy. My latest cycle ever was 44 days, over a year ago. Recently my cycles have been pretty regular 31-34 days. I am now day 38 and have no sign of AF. I usually get very heavy sore boobs before AF, but nothing. I am spotty, a dinner I made a few days ago made my stomach turn and couldn't eat it, I have been needing to pee more than usual and I had a very vivid positive test dream last night! I only had sex once this month so I know its super unlikely, I'm just so fed up of my body tricking me. I have ordered some tests so should arrive tomorrow. I simply feel odd and feel like I could be, but then again I have been let down so many times. Anyone else in the same boat?

I had this, but in the end, at least a negative test allows you to move on to the next month, whereas not knowing means you are consumed by wondering. And the test might be positive! That was my logic when I eventually decided (after four cycles of avoiding testing and AF being very unpredictable) to test early instead.

This is very true. I will keep you updated when I test tomorrow!
