19 weeks pregnant. On holiday and bleeding

I had spotting from weeks 7-14, just brown or pink blood. I am currently in Lanzarote, now 19 weeks, and have some red bleeding with tiny brownish clots in it. No pain and mainly when I wipe but a little bit on a pad. Sorry if TMI but this has happened after an orgasm, no penetration 🙁I am beside myself with worry. I’ve been to our hotel reception who just looked at me blankly and gave me a phone number to speak to a doctor, no idea if it’s a hospital or somewhere else, but no one answers anyway. No idea what to do, should I just wait it out? I can still feeling baby moving thankfully but still so scared.

Call your midwife at home for advice, you can ring from abroad

Calm down. Deep breathe and Call your travel ins or the travel rep both should be able to point you in the right direction to find a doctor, it’s so scary and worse when not at home. Good luck

I really feel for you. I had this. It was so scary. I was in Greece. I ended up with a private scan at a clinic. Like a mini doctors surgery. All very odd but reassuring.

Kept bleeding at home and was found to have a cervical ectropian. It was such a stressful time.

You should definitely get it checked out but I bet you’ll be fine. No pain, brown blood and you can feel baby moving are all good signs. I bled throughout my pregnancies so it can be normal for some women.

irritated cervix, perhaps? Orgasms in pregnancy bring blood flow to the cervix, and tiny blood vessels on it can bleed. It’s not serious. Had similar happen when I was on holiday with my second baby.

I would still get checked out, otherwise you’ll be worrying.
