I'm 25 weeks and the piles have started.

Is there a pregnancy safe cream?

The NHS website says to consult the midwife or doctor but it seems something so trivial to make an appointment for.

Plus all the other stuff - footstool/squatty potty, lots of water, Macrogol, lots of fruit and veg, wet wipes or ideally a peri-bottle!
