How much weight did you put on throughout your whole pregnancy /previous pregnancy / how much have you put on so far? :/ Was it easy to come off after? How did you get it to come off after :/

I literally ballooned in my first trimester haha. Even though I was barely eating I think hormones just bloat me up. I don’t really care though your body is going to fluctuate as you grow a tiny human it’s not important to me at all x
i think the weight loss post partum will be the last thing on your mind when you have a new born to take care of. Just eat healthy, move and you’ll be fine x

I'm 25+4 and have gained 6kg so far. I imagine I'll gain another 6 before the end of it maybe? It's all boobs and bump for now so I'm not worried about it coming off pretty quickly post birth.

DC1 25 lbs, lost it after 9 months
DC2 25 lbs, lost it after 6 months
DC3 55 lbs (!!!), still have 10 lbs to go at 11 months postpartum. The midwives said more weight gain is normal in a third pregnancy. It was crazy though! I was actually living a healthier lifestyle than with my first two! Thankfully I didn’t develop any complications.

I agree with PPs though that while losing the weight is nice, it’s really not a priority. Focus on doing things that make you feel good (for me, that was yoga, short runs and long walks from about 8 weeks postpartum), but don’t try diets or anything when you’re breastfeeding and getting to know your newborn. You’ll have plenty of time later on.

I'm 22+5 and can't really tell.... I weighed 62kg when I found out I was pregnant.... Then lost 3kg in the first trimester due to illness. Now I weight 63 kg. Does that mean I have gained 4 kg or 1kg?!

24 weeks and up 4kg here. I posted before that I couldn’t understand where an extra 20lbs or so was meant to go and posters quickly put me straight! 😆
