Bleeding 4weeks pregnant advice

Hi, so I had my BFP tests about a week ago and had some implantation spotting at the time for a few days. That spotting disappeared for a few days and now im 19dpo (4 weeks +5 days pregnant) and everytime I go to the loo (tmi) when I wipe there's a little bit of fresh blood mixed with brown spotting and I'm feeling quite crampy. Has anyone else had this? I think if I wasn't pregnant id be on my third day of my period now.
Should I be as worried as I am or has anyone had this and been fine?

Fingers crossed for you ❤️ I know the feeling, I had terrible cramps until 15 or so weeks, and bleeding at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Everything was OK. I'm afraid when I went to the walk in centre (first time) and A&E (second time, on doctor's orders, heavy bleeding) I was told there was nothing to do but wait. It was awful. But DS is a healthy 12 month old now.

Thanks so much,that's amazing! can I ask how much blood you had at 4 weeks? Was that when you had the heavy bleeding or was that at 8 weeks?
Last night in the middle of the night the cramps woke me up and the bleeding had gotten so much worse, more like a period, bright red blood with clots. I had a doc appointment this morning and he thinks it is probably early miscarriage.
I can test again in 3 weeks just in case but I'm not feeling too hopeful after seeing the doc 😞 thanks so much for your message xx
