mystery stabbing pain in boob - any advice?

I know to expect the odd strange sensation but at 30 wks I've very suddenly developed a REALLY sharp and tender pain in left breast. Felt as though the wire in my (professionally fitted) bra was stabbing me but it's fine.

I've only worn wire free since but pain is still there and it's bloody sore. Feels like it's a cut on the skin but when I touch it pain goes inside IFKWIM?

Need all the bra support I can get as knockers are massive and VERY heavy....

Got an antenatal app on Mon so will ask the professionals then.

Hi, I'm not sure if it's the same but I put my usual bra on a few weeks ago (?18 weeks pg then) and it hurt like hell! Both boobs in agony, felt like they were burning. Like having mastitis! Gruesome. I put on one of my (considerably larger cup size) bf bras from when ds was little and the pain miraculously disappeared. Is it possible that you've suddenly grown over night? That's what it seemed like to me... Hope you get it sorted x
