I have these weird spots that have appeared on my leg - help?

Hiya, in the last day I have developed these like spots on my leg, I don’t think I had last pregnancy but because it’s bank holiday there aren’t any surgeries open and I don’t want to call 111 as I have an 11 month old and if they want to see me today it’s going to I interfere with sleep can anyone advise? I’ve attached a photo, they’re more purple in real life.

Hard to tell from the photo? Are they raised up? Fluid filled? Itchy? How many weeks are you? Are you otherwise well?

I get similar spots (assuming they are not raised ,itchy or painful) every now and again, never thought to be worried about them and they eventually go away. Obviously I'm not a Doctor so if you are worried seek proper medical advice.
