Help/Advice Needed - Pregnancy Test

Hello everyone! I really need some help/advice.

I’m currently feeling extremely anxious & confused, I’ve took 4 cheap home pregnancy tests all of which stated A light positive, I then put a sample at the doctors in which they did a test and called me back to tell me it was negative? I’m late for my period going through early symptoms etc I then did a digital pregnancy test and it has came up positive I’m absolutely confused 😕 any advice or has anyone been in a similar position?

I was negative for 2 months even though I was pregnant, I was 8 weeks before any test showed 😊

Hospital test have a high HCG threshold. My HCG was at 108 on bloods and negative on their tests but I'm 5+1 now x
