How to self refer for maternity services in Birmingham

I have been told to self refer for maternity services in Birmingham by Babylon GP. After a lot of research I have not been able to do this. I tried BUMP but Babylon is not included in the GP list. Without selecting a GP you are not able to move on to the next step with the BUMP form. What should I do now? Get a new GP that will be able to refer me?

Is this with Badger Notes? It says to put unknown if your practice isn't listed

@scoutcat Yes it's with Badger Notes but they did not include the unknown option in the list.

My doctors sent me a link and I went from there. Contact your GP again.

It depends on the hospital you want to book in with. My hospital has a self referral form online, which once filled in triggers your booking appointment:

Speccybibliophile Thank you. I’ve just used that link

I ended up changing my GP. My new local gp was able to provide me a midwife and give me a referral to a hospital where I can give birth.
