Swaddling 4 week old

Does anyone swaddle baby at night, I didn't but I did last night using a cellular blanket for my 4 week old. Anyone any tips or advice

It should be fairly tight around the upper body but looser around the lower body, so they can move their legs a bit.

You can buy swaddles that take the faff out of it.

I swaddled both my babies from day 1, they slept so much better for it, like said above tight-ish round top but looser at bottom, and only swaddle till they start rolling, however I transitioned mine to sleeping bags before that stage
