Miscarriage blighted ovum !

Hi ladies, today should have been my 12 week scan but last Friday an early scan confirmed an empty 15mm sac and bleed next to it. I’d been spotting brown discharge for a few days and then Sunday I passed ALOT of blood and huge clots, can anyone confirm if I’ve passed the sac from these pics or are they just clots ? Also what to expect next? Since Sunday the bleeding slowed down a lot I’m having what feels like a heavy period now with small clots and a lot of cramping - I’m just praying I’ve passed everything before my next scan Friday so I don’t need medical intervention

I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s horrible, I’ve been there a few times.
It’s so hard to tell. If you’ve passed huge clots though I expect your body is doing it itself. I don’t think you have to have medical intervention you know, I’m sure they’ll let your body just do it naturally.
