Quad results 1 in 590 should I be worried?

The cut off is 1 in 150 as my result in 1 in 590. Im really anxious at the minute and worried that it's too high. I was hoping for 1 in so many thousand.
Would you get a Harmony test for this result or am I over reacting?

For context im 37 and have a child with a disability, although not downs syndrome.
This is my 1st child with DH.

I think it does sound low risk to be honest - very unlikely. Bear in mind because you are over 35 it will have given you slightly worse odds on their algorithm.
I’m 39 and came back low risk on the combined test but due to my age and my mum pushing me (because my brother and sister in law had a traumatic experience) I had the Panorama test. Not cheap, but all came back very low risk which really put my mind at ease.
The Nipt tests are so much more accurate than the combined and quadruple tests.
So, from your results I am sure you will be fine but if you are worrying and can afford the test, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

I would get whichever NIPT test just for peace of mind. You're already worrying now so best to put your mind at ease!

I think my mum will help me out with the cost.
I've had an awful pregnancy so far, its just one thing after another. I have no bond with this baby at all. We're supposed to be going for a gender scan on Sunday but I really don't want to now. I feel terrible for feeling the way I do.

After each of my scans I always felt more of a connection to the baby, especially earlier on when I couldn't yet feel movements.
