Bleach smelling underwear

Wondering if anyone can help me. Recently my pants have been soaking wet, I don't feel anything coming out of me, I just go to the toilet and they are wet. I smelled to see what it was and to me it smells like bleach, is this concerning does anyone know ? X

How far gone are you?

I had that and both times it was leaking waters. I was 38/ 39 weeks

If you mean it smells like ammonia, could be a bacterial infection.

Sounds like it could be Bacterial Vaginosis. I have had it before! Get yourself to the Doctors and they may do a swab and give you some antibiotics - I had it about 8 weeks and the Dr said the antibiotics were safe to take during pregnancy - they are strong though and can make you feel a bit rough. Hope you get sorted!

I had this the whole pregnancy, was told it was normal. Baby was fine.

My discharge sometimes smells bleachy but it isn't watery.
