Hello all
For the last 3 week there has been a trace of protein in my urine sample but it was tested for infection and none was found. My blood pressure was 95/55 today and I have no swelling.
I'm 29 weeks - any ideas?
Thanks Jo x

I had this throughout the last 12 weeks of my pregnancy and it was down to my not drinking enough water. Once I got into the habit of drinking at least 6 glasses a day (and dashing to the loo every 10 minutes ), it returned to normal.

Hope this reassures you.

I had same, trace protein. Wouldn't worry about it really if infection has been ruled out (do you have any symptoms of urine infection?) and you have no other problems with blood pressure and swelling. Its only a trace and so it might not even be from your urine (could be contaminant from normal discharge). Just continue to get your routine urine checks to ensure it is not increasing and obviously get blood pressure monitored at same times.
