Ugh. Eyes and nose are streaming. I'm feeling rubbish. 21 weeks and enormous already as it's my third. DS and DD to look after, working full time and have an exam on Friday so not much chance of any rest 😐 Any tips apart from honey, lemon and paracetamol?

I was blocked up with pregnancy rhinitis from 18weeks to full term, plus had two colds in that time so ended up taking sudafed nasal spray. Obstetrician wasn't that concerned despite warnings online, as it's so localised and I didn't have any bad effects.
On days when I was just a bit stuffy I would use BreatheRight nasal strips to help sleep which were fairly effective.
Obstetrician did also prescribe citirzine which is an allergy med but it didn't get rid of the problem and made me very drowsy but might work for others.
