How prepared for baby are you?

How prepared are you for baby in terms of nursery/pram etc? How far along are you?
I am due DD2 and currently 29 weeks. I have a section booked at 39 weeks - or may go earlier if I’m more unwell.
We are reusing most of the things from DD1, I’ve sorted the furniture but the room is nowhere near ‘ready’! we’ve got our old pram, which needs to be cleaned and reassembled but I’ve not got it out of the loft yet.
When are you sorting these things?

Currently 32 weeks with DC2 and I have got the baby clothes out of the loft and washed some, hospital bag is half packed and the Moses basket is out but nowhere near as ready as I was at this stage with DC1!

36 weeks and got the clothes and Moses basket down too. I’m not sure where to put anything as DC1s bedroom is full and the spare room is an office… at this point last time I had a lovely nursery set up (which DC1 didn’t really use until 9 months so was just for storage 😂

19 weeks with second child, not prepared at all, haven't bought a thing. First child is 19 so nothing to re use. Think we'll start buying things after the 20 week scan maybe.

Our friends gave us some furniture and a load of clothes so we have a lot sorted already and I'm only 24 weeks 😁

My baby is 14 weeks old and his room is only just getting sorted! DH had to nip home to get the car seat out the loft after he was born and the pram didn't come down until he was a couple of weeks old. When it's your second there doesn't seem as much of an urgency.

36+4 here with baby #3 and have got bags packed, baby clothes washed and ready. Havent picked up the moses basket mattress and havent decided on a pram/car seat 🤣 so really need to get cracking on those little (important!) Things x
